Why choose Sublime Book Review?

Finding the right reviews for the right budget can be hard for an Indie or self-published author. And in many cases, you unknowingly pay for a review that is 100% guaranteed positive. While it’s nice for a reviewer to tell you your book is “the greatest book ever written,” this doesn’t necessarily help you, the author, and it certainly doesn’t help the industry leaders (librarians, booksellers, media professionals) make calculated decisions about purchasing your book or requesting your title for their library.

The People of Nineteenth Street is a memoir of those that have come and gone from the life of the author. Some impacting the author’s life in significant ways and others who were simply passing through as if window shopping in someone else’s life. Scott starts off in the early stages of her childhood in Paris, Texas and continues to when she becomes a pediatrician caring for children with passion. This is a story told after the passing of a loved one recounting the memories that she shared with so many and the lives that she touched or had an impact on her.

Sublime Line: “A memoir of growing up in a small-town Texas community that covers the coming of age tale from childhood to adult that carries a powerful personal message!”
